Drum transfer is one of the most common operations in industry, but also one of the most delicate, as it often involves hazardous, corrosive, flammable or highly viscous fluids. It is essential to use drum transfer pumps that guarantee safety, ergonomics, chemical resistance and ease of use, whether for occasional use or repetitive operations.
AGI Pompe offers a complete range of transfer pumps, with manual, electric and pneumatic solutions, ideal for adapting to different operational needs and the nature of the fluids handled. AGI Pompe drum pumps solutions
Perfect for occasional transfer, when a power source is not available, or an economical and lightweight solution is preferred:
- JP-05 in stainless steel: ideal for solvents, flammable or aggressive fluids, thanks to its excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.
- JP-04: available in versions with NBR, FKM, EPDM and FVMQ seals, covering a wide range of compatibility with acids, alkalis, detergents and solvents.
When high performance, operational continuity and increased flow rate are required:
- JP-180: modular system to be composed as required. You can choose pump tube, rod, dispensing gun and electric motor, resulting in the ideal solution for every type of fluid and container.
Suitable for ATEX environments or when working with flammable fluids and you prefer to avoid electrical power:
- JP-AIR: a fully customisable system, equipped with a pneumatic motor that can be selected from the JP-A1, JP-A2 or JP-A3 models, to be combined with hoses and accessories according to the conditions of use.
