BIOCOR – THE ASEPTIC PUMPS - IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE HYGIENICS STANDARDS The aseptic pumps of the series BIOCOR are built in accordance with the relevant hygiene standards (EHEDG, FDA, Class VI, etc ...). The special design with the integrated cleaning-system enables the CIP (clean in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) capability. In addition, the pumps are ATEX conform according to 94/9/EG directive. Size pumps B 20 and B 32 are equipped with lifting magnets that can be connected to the pump body from the outside. The four ball valves are magnetically raised from their seats and the pump is completely discharged without having to be disassembled. There are no mechanical lifters with parts and seals in contact with the pumped product. Soft redirections without rotating parts and shaft seals in the pump housing according to the principle of gentle handling in suitability with many special applications. The material of the parts in contact is electro-polished stainless steel AISI 316L (Basel Standard II, ferrite content <1%) with a surface roughness of ≤0.4 microns. The frame is made of 1.4404 and the central block of conductive polyethylene. The suction and the discharge are suitable for the Tri-clamp or other sanitary materials (Naue, Neumo, DIN 11851, DIN 11864). All these features make these self-priming pneumatic pumps with double diaphragm the ideal product for sterile applications.
