This explosion-proof pneumatic motor, manufactured according to ATEX 2014/34/EU - category 2, is protected according to the certification Ex 2 GD c IIC T6 (80°C) X. Designed for use with flammable fluids or in hazardous areas, the JP-AIR 3 guarantees maximum operational safety, also thanks to its certification IBEX U05 ATEX B007 X. Performance of the JP-AIR 3: Motor for extreme ATEX applications

The JP-AIR 3 engine weighs only 1.9 kg, but offers professional performance and high chemical resistance thanks to its robust 316Ti stainless steel body, perfect in the presence of aggressive vapours. It is compatible with ATEX pump tubes in stainless steel Ø 41 mm, with or without seal, mixing tubes, full-emptying and eccentric screw tubes of the series JP-700 SR PTFE ATEX. Suitable for low viscosity, neutral, slightly aggressive and highly flammable fluids (flash point < 55°C), JP-AIR 3 supports a density up to 1.5 kg/dm³ and a viscosity up to 600 mPas. Brass ball valve regulates airflow, allowing precise control of speed. Equipped with two silencers, it works with a maximum pressure of 6 bar and an air consumption under load of 12 l/sec, making it perfect for intermittent use in both mobile and stationary applications.
