EX-PROOF AIR OPERATED MOTORS JP-AIR 1
The JP-AIR 1 pneumatic motor is the result of a long-standing partnership between Agipompe and Jessberger, a leading German manufacturer of drum pumps. This model, made of aluminum, is designed to ensure maximum safety during the transfer of flammable liquids or use in environments with risk of explosion. ATEX 2014/34/EU, category 2, complies with the latest European explosion protection directives. Technical Characteristics of the JP-AIR 1 Engine: Powerful, Lightweight and ATEX Certified
The JP-AIR 1 engine is compact and light (only 2.1 kg), but at the same time robust and resistant thanks to its aluminium construction, which makes it suitable even in presence of aggressive solvent vapours. It is compatible with ATEX pump tubes in stainless steel from Ø 41 mm (without seal or with mechanical seal), pipes with a total emptying function and mixing pipes. Supports low viscosity, even flammable, fluids with flash point < 55°C, up to a maximum density of 1.3 kg/dm3 and a maximum viscosity of 400 mPas. The speed is adjustable by a ball valve which manages the air flow. The engine is equipped with a silencer and guarantees high operational safety, ideal for intermittent use.
