SET PNEUMATIC PUMP JP-AIR

The JP-AIR Pneumatic Pump Set is the ideal solution for all applications where power supply is not available or is not allowed, such as in the case of explosive environments (ATEX). Thanks to pneumatic technology, these pumps offer maximum operational safety, ease of use and wear resistance even in severe conditions. They are ideal for the transfer of flammable, corrosive, foaming or particularly volatile liquids, with a modular structure that allows to adapt the pump to many application scenarios.

The set can be configured by choosing between three air motors:

- JP-A1/300 for standard requirements

- JP-A2/600 for average performance

- JP-A3/400 for high flow rates in demanding environments

All motors are compatible with stainless steel, PP or PVDF pump bodies, depending on the type of liquid to be transferred. The pumping stem is always made of stainless steel, for greater strength and durability. Three standard lengths (700 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm) are available to ensure compatibility with drums, IBCs and industrial baskets.

The JP-AIR set is particularly suitable for applications where maximum safety is required or in the presence of hazardous liquids that must not be handled with electrical devices.
