Manufactured from polished 1.4435/316L stainless steel (Basel Standard II) with a surface finish ≤ 0.4 µm, the BIOCOR pump features a sterile design with no horizontal surfaces, crucial to eliminate product stagnation and potential contamination. Its unique internal geometry allows CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sanitize-in-Place) operations without disassembly. For the B20 and B32 models, external magnets can be used to lift the valve balls, enabling complete draining of the pump safely and without interrupting the process.
