PTFE TUBE 4x6 mm PEROX FDA - REEL 100 m
The virgin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) hose, also known as Teflon, in the 4x6 mm size, is designed for applications requiring maximum chemical, thermal and mechanical resistance. It is particularly suitable for coffee machines, pneumatic systems, laboratories and industrial environments, where a superior seal is required compared to rubber hoses.
Technical characteristics of PTFE hose
PTFE is distinguished by its exceptional physical and chemical properties:
- Total chemical inertness: does not react with chemical compounds or alter transported fluids.
- Thermal resistance: operating from -20°C to +260°C without deformation.
- Non-stick and sliding: extremely low coefficient of friction.
- Electrically insulating and fireproof, it does not absorb moisture and is insoluble in water and solvents.
These characteristics make it ideal for the safe transport of aggressive or pure liquids, even under extreme conditions.
