TUBES FOR INDUSTRIAL PERISTALTIC PUMPS "Teknoprene®"
A.G.I. Pompe offers tubes for peristaltic pumps made internally by Teknofluor Srl, active since 1982 and specialized in the extrusion of technical rubber. The tubes are manufactured from vulcanized thermoplastic rubber developed specifically for peristaltic applications, and are distributed under the registered trademark Teknoprene®, synonymous with quality, reliability and long life. This range is the result of years of research and testing, and is available in various configurations (coils, cut to size, custom colors) and in a large stock of standard sizes, with the possibility of also making special sizes or reinforced tubes for high pressures.
Teknoprene® range - solutions for every pumping need
Our replacement peristaltic pump tubing is compatible with leading brands on the market including Watson-Marlow, Seko, Dosim, Injecta, Verder/Autoclude, Etatron, Brightwell, Welco, Aqua, Microdos and many more. We offer a wide range of stock-ready standard sizes, especially for the laundry and cleaning sectors, with specific diameters such as 6.2 x 10.5 - 8 x 14.4 - 6.4 x 12.8 - 5.8 x 9.3 - 3 x 8 mm.
The Teknoprene® line includes several high-performance rubber formulations:
- Teknoprene® TPV: ideal for peristaltic pumps, for the transfer and dosing of acids and alkalis, even if they contain impurities or foaming agents.
- Teknoprene® SIL: ideal for pumping and blood pumping of delicate liquids, food and pharmaceuticals.
- Teknoprene® HCR: ideal for peristaltic pumps, for the transfer of aggressive liquids such as hydrocarbons and acids.
- Teknoprene® FKM: ideal for peristaltic pumps, dosing of very aggressive liquids such as hydrocarbutes, solvents, ketones, acids and concentrated bases.
