LABORATORY TRANSFER PUMP SET
The Transfer Pump Set for Laboratory is the ideal solution for transferring small quantities of liquids in scientific, research and analysis environments. This line is designed for applications that require precision, compactness and easy handling, while maintaining the reliability typical of Jessberger industrial products. The sets are fully configurable and designed for intensive but controlled use, where ease of cleaning and chemical compatibility are key factors.
The available engines are:
- JP-120 250 Watt - compact and light, perfect for simple operations
- JP-140 450 Watt - more powerful, for slightly viscous liquids or more frequent work cycles
Both motors are combined with fishing bodies (rods) in selectable materials:
- Stainless steel for food, cosmetic or chemical applications compatible with steel
- PP (polypropylene) for the transfer of commercial acids or neutral fluids
- PVDF for highly aggressive or corrosive liquids, even at high temperatures.
Configurable components and accessories available
As for the industrial pump sets, also the laboratory sets are totally modular: in addition to the choice of the pumping body, it is possible to configure:
- Flexible hoses: available in PVC, NBR and PE-X, depending on the required chemical and mechanical resistance
- Dispensing guns: available in the same materials as the stems (stainless steel, PP, PVDF) to ensure compatibility on the entire transfer line
- Standard pump body lengths: 700 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm, ideal for drums, cans and small containers

When to choose a laboratory pump?
The Transfer Sets for Laboratory are recommended when working in environments where maximum cleanliness, low footprint and operational precision is required.
