MA-180 DOSING DIAPHRAGM PUMP

This is a direct diaphragm pump, in which the diaphragm is driven by an oil-bath reciprocating motion and a worm gear reducer, both powered by an electric motor. The MA-180 pump is engineered for operational flexibility and can be adapted to a wide range of industrial applications. It is available in two main configurations:

1. Adjustable flow rate version with spring return, ranging from 150 to 1600 liters/hour, ideal for processes requiring fine dosing control.

2. Fixed flow rate version with a positive return shaft, delivering from 800 to 2400 liters/hour, suitable for high-efficiency, continuous operations.

Both versions operate at a maximum pressure of 1.5 Bar and are compatible with 4- or 6-pole motors, depending on the required speed and precision. The second version, thanks to its enhanced suction capacity, is especially suited for high-viscosity fluids or applications requiring strong suction lift.
