Pompa Almatec "E Series" double diaphragm pneumatic pump

Extreme abrasion resistance for slurries and enamels

Almatec's ‘E Series’ pumps represent the new generation of air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps. Made entirely of highly abrasion-resistant polyethylene (PE), they guarantee significantly higher performance than other commonly used materials (PP, steel, cast iron).

In the ceramics industry, where slurries and glazes put equipment to the test, these pumps offer resistance, continuity and reliability, reducing the risk of plant downtime. AODD technology also makes them safe and versatile: they are self-priming, run dry without damage and can handle fluids with suspended solids.

IPI Espango peristaltic pumps

Versatility and modularity for low/medium pressure applications

Espango's IPI peristaltic pumps, part of the Teknofluor group with AGI Pumps, represent solid Italian excellence. With over forty years of experience, Espango has developed a range of peristaltic pumps designed to combine robust construction, precision and modularity, adapting to industrial processes of varying complexity.

In the ceramics industry, these pumps are particularly appreciated for their ability to continuously and safely handle glazes, medium-density slurries and viscous fluids, maintaining flow stability and reducing the risk of plant downtime. The IPI series pumps cover flow rates from 5 to over 12,000 litres per hour and can operate at pressures up to 6 bar. They are equipped with 230/400 V – IP55 – 1400 rpm three-phase motors and self-lubricating PET or PTFE rollers, while the pump head is made of aluminium or high-strength technopolymer, depending on the application requirements. The range can be completed with accessories such as inverters, control panels and stainless steel trolleys to ensure maximum flexibility.

- IPI96 → the most compact in the series, ideal for small flow rates

- IPI150 → the most widespread and flexible model

- IPI350 → Perfect for intermediate flow rates up to 3200 l/h
