THE APPLICATION OF THE MONTH! ALMATEC PUMPS FOR THE TREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WATERS
In the sector of industrial water treatment, the self-priming double-membrane pumps ALMATEC find one of their own natural positions, answering to the various physiological requirements such as sampling, rapid dosing of chemicals for neutralization, water/sludge separation, so feeding press filters , etc.
The Almatec AODD pumps are more reliable and guarantee absolute safety than most commercially available double diaphragm pneumatic pumps, even because they are made for mechanical machining of solid blocks of special anti-acid plastic materials such as high molecular weight PE and virgin PTFE, not for molding.
The "E" series is for a capacity from 50 to 50,000 l/h with a prevalence of up to 7 Bar and the new AHD/AHS series for high pressures up to 15 Bar with flow-rates ranging from 250 to 20,000 l/h.
Particular attention must be paid to the new pneumatic pump for high pressures AHD. This unrivaled version is powered as all standard automatic self-priming double-diaphragm pumps, with standard pressure of 2: 7 Bar. One of its benefits is that it does not require the use of an external multiplier or booster with its bulk discomfort and more; it is in fact incorporated into the body of the pump.
Another advantage is that the structure of the AHD pump is such that it can withstand, without any minimal stress, the high pressures it is subjected to.
